VIDEO: Chris Reykdal on Fully Funding Our Schools

We must accelerate our pandemic recovery by ensuring we fully fund our schools. Since the peak of funding in 2019, our schools are now down $1,000 per student adjusted for inflation. That’s a billion dollars needed just to deliver the programs that were in place in 2019. Educators are leading a robust post-pandemic recovery, but without ample funding our progress will be in jeopardy! I am prepared to utilize the relationships and coalitions I have built with the Legislature to secure this funding for our students, educators, and communities.
